TUITION POLICIES

1. Checks should be made payable to NSPAC.

2. $30 service fee for any returned check or ACH transaction.

3. 10% late fee, minimum of $10, for any payment more than 15 days late.

4. Students whose tuition is over 30 days past due will not be allowed to participate in class.

5. A $25 non-refundable registration fee per child is due annually. Family cap of $40.

6. Payment Options:

Monthly - paid through a secured automatic transfer system which withdraws monthly tuition due automatically from your checking account. This option requires September tuition with your registration with Oct - May tuition withdrawn the 1st of the month. A voided check is required.

Trimester - paid via check, cash, or credit card with payments due with registration, Dec 1st, & March 1st.

7. All payments are non-refundable.

8. Class withdrawal requires 30 days written notification.

9. Monthly tuition is based on 9 equal installments due the first of the month. Trimester tuition is based on 3 equal installments. Full payment is due regardless of illness, holidays, or inclement weather. Tuition is for 30 lessons.
